ob Summary: The Campus Director will lead and inspire the college community by promoting the institution’s vision, mission, and core values. They will manage campus operations, resources, and staff, ensuring academic and organizational goals are aligned. The role emphasizes strategic planning, student success, and the development of a positive campus culture. The Director will oversee campus growth, business development, faculty and staff support, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide senior management leadership on staffing, budget, facilities, and student services.
- Support student services and faculty through active engagement and feedback to ensure goals are met.
- Develop business opportunities to grow the campus’s community engagement and resources.
- Manage campus performance against key metrics like enrollment, revenue, and career services benchmarks.
- Foster a collaborative environment to support student retention and referral growth.
- Lead campus initiatives, including creating and monitoring the Campus Effectiveness Plan (CEP).
- Oversee budget management and ensure projects align with campus goals and objectives.
- Enforce policies outlined in staff handbooks, catalogs, and other institutional documents.
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and staff development activities.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations.
- Monitor and improve quality across all campus departments, enhancing student and employee satisfaction.
- Represent the campus in local community partnerships and media engagements.
- Lead and promote corporate initiatives such as 90/10, Student Success Centers, and Ambassador programs.
- Foster a positive campus culture through team-building and professional development activities.
